In hospital management, the day closes on one record
When an animal hospital or clinic runs the day on separate lists, the appointment is in one place, the examination in another, and the lab and the invoice stay at the till. The hospital management system closes that gap. From admission onward, the work moves on the same file.
The panel keeps that day's visits, appointments, inpatients, revenue and collections together. On the visit list, patient, client, species, date and clinician are on the same line. An admitted patient is followed with protocol, cage and clinician. The process does not break until discharge. The finished work goes to the invoice, and collection returns to the day's panel.
The owner sees the record too
The clinic screen stays inside. The pet owner opens their pets, upcoming appointments and past visits from their own app. A new appointment starts by choosing the patient. The vaccine and neutering information that reception enters is also on the owner's phone.
- Appointment and visit open in the same file.
- The lab is followed from inside the visit.
- The inpatient stay, the cage and the duty show on the list.
- Invoice and collection return to the day's panel.
While the team does the work, the business sees where the day went without opening a separate report.
