In warehouse management, one flow from receiving to shipping
If goods arrive without a known address, and picking runs on paper, stock is right on paper and wrong on the shelf. The warehouse management system closes that gap. Every pallet, carton and unit is tied to a location, a task and a document.
The order drops into the warehouse task queue. Receiving, putaway, counting and picking are guided step by step. A wrong barcode or a missing address does not let the step continue. The shipment that leaves returns to ERP on the same record.
The day is read from the panel
Total products, low stock, waiting orders and today's shipments are on the same panel. On the stock list, code, shelf and quantity sit side by side. Normal, low and critical status stand beside the line. Falling stock shows before it becomes a shipping error.
- Receiving confirms the goods that arrive with the delivery note.
- Putaway guides the product to a suitable location.
- Picking states the next address and the quantity.
- Shipping closes what left and what came off the shelf on the same record.
The warehouse is not a separate island. Order, delivery note and stock movement stay in the same flow as ERP.
