PDKS
Leave and timekeeping sit one-to-one with Logo J-HR. Clock-in uses a card, a QR code or location; fingerprint and face recognition are not collected.
J-HR integration
Leave and timekeeping, on the same J-HR record
PDKS keeps clock-in, shifts and leave in one flow. Movements match Logo J-HR personnel and payroll data one-to-one.
Leave and timekeeping do not live in a separate file. An approved request is written to the employee card and the timekeeping period in J-HR.
Planned and actual shifts are read on the same calendar.
Leave opens from the employee's mobile screen.
A manager's approval is written to the J-HR leave balance.
Overtime, absence and leave close in the same period.
Approved timekeeping arrives ready for the J-HR payroll calculation.
Mobile screen
Leave and timekeeping in the employee's pocket
The home screen shows the day's clock-in, the next shift and remaining leave.
Leave and advance requests open from the same app; approval returns to the J-HR record.
KVKK
Time tracking without biometric data
The Turkish data authority's principle decision of 29 April 2026, numbered 2026/921, limits fingerprint, face, iris and retina scans for workplace time tracking. PDKS does not collect this data. Clock-in uses a card, a QR code or a location-checked virtual device, and only the data needed for leave and timekeeping is processed.
Card and QR
The employee taps a card or scans a QR code. The record reaches timekeeping without biometric data.
Location
A virtual device takes clock-in and clock-out from the employee's location. Off-site and suspicious attempts are watched separately.
Data minimisation
The system does not store a fingerprint, a face or an iris. The movement matches the leave and timekeeping entry on the J-HR employee card.
Scope
Leave and timekeeping that run one-to-one with J-HR
Leave
Remaining days, the request and the approval match the J-HR leave balance.
KVKK
Fingerprint, face recognition and iris scans are not used. Attendance runs on card, QR and location.
Shift
The assigned shift and the actual clock-in sit side by side.
Clock-in
Clock-in and clock-out by card, QR or location become a timekeeping movement.
Advance
The advance request travels with the employee record.
J-HR
Leave and timekeeping are integrated one-to-one with Logo J-HR.
