How it works
Three layers
AI Engine connects to the customer's corporate infrastructure. Within the user's permissions and licence level it reaches the data, uses the artificial intelligence services and carries out the actions that are allowed. Licence, package features and Credit consumption are managed from Uzser's central licence infrastructure.

Basic — Ask your company
A reporting and interpretation layer for businesses that use Logo products. It queries, compares and interprets in natural language. It does not transact on the corporate system.
Professional — Have your company do the work
Triggering transactions, workflow, approval and scheduled tasks over standard REST services. Standard integration is used instead of code written for one customer.
Enterprise — Run your company with AI
It is independent of Logo. It works with a different ERP, database, custom software and API. The scope is set as a project according to the organization's need.

It finds customers whose orders fell in the last 90 days and reads the reasons. At Professional and Enterprise level it can open a task for the relevant salesperson.

It makes the collection risk of the next 30 days visible from due date, customer history and open balance.

Production
When the data allows, it shows production orders that carry a deadline risk.
Automation
Scheduled AI jobs, such as a sales summary every Monday at 09:00, are set up in the Professional and Enterprise packages.

The report runs on its own, and becomes work once it is approved
Daily sales, account risk, e-document and critical stock flows each sit on their own card. Successful steps and pending approvals show beside the job.
Uzser AI Credit
The licence is separate, model consumption is separate
The licence fee covers the right to use the platform. Artificial intelligence model consumption is measured through Uzser AI Credit. The real model cost is turned into Credit consumption in the central system: the customer's usage fee is three times the real AI model cost.
- Basic: 100 Credit a month, 250 Credit a year
- Professional: 250 Credit a month, 500 Credit a year
- The Enterprise scope is set in the project
- Gift Credit is not converted to cash, is not transferred, and is used during the related licence period

Is Uzser AI Engine a chatbot?
No. The chat interface is one face of the product. The real structure is corporate data access, analysis, licensing, Credit, workflow, transaction services and automation.
Who is the Basic package for?
For businesses that use Logo and want reporting, natural-language queries and data interpretation with artificial intelligence.
What is different about the Professional package?
On top of reporting it offers transaction triggering, workflow, approval and scheduled tasks over standard REST services.
Why is Enterprise not a fixed price?
Data sources, the number of integrations, security requirements and usage scenarios change from one organization to another.
Is AI use included in the licence?
The platform licence and AI model consumption are separate. Model consumption is tracked through Uzser AI Credit.
Does it work with ERP systems other than Logo?
The Enterprise package is designed, depending on the project scope, for integration that is independent of product and database.
