Fibrosan produces glass-reinforced polyester sheet and reaches 89 countries with about 25 million square metres a year. A team of 400–420 people runs the operation. HR Deputy General Manager Aslı Arel describes the Logo j-HR transition with Uzser.

Fibrosan tracked human resources inside its accounting stack, through Netsis. They looked for a system that would meet HR on its own terms. From earlier experience they chose Logo j-HR and Uzser together. The decision matured over about a year and a half to two years; once discovery ended, the move sped up.
As the rollout followed the company, records started landing in the right place and accounting postings became clear. For employees the sharpest pain was leave tracking; reports can now be pulled. One-click payroll was a separate gain. The employee portal is also used as an internal channel.
Web-based Logo j-HR opens HR processes at any time, from anywhere. Working free of place and hour gives HR teams and managers flexibility. Rules change often; updates arrive from Logo, so they are harder to miss.
Work done together
The difference Aslı Arel describes is that consulting does not stay only in code or only in HR language. When a request arrives, the technical side and HR discuss what can be done and how the process should run, in the same team. Fibrosan says this is what it saw most: work finishes without being stretched, and problems get solved.
